Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of morphological changes in the lungs of rats and the features of the cell cycle and DNA fragmentation in lung cells of rats in conditions of thermal burn and correction of damage by infusion of colloid-hyperosmolar solutions lactoprotein with sorbitol and НАES-LX-5 %. It has been found that in 14, 21 and 30 days after burn injury of the skin histological and ultrastructural changes in the lungs of rats, that during the first 7 days were injected with a solution of lactoprotein with sorbitol and HAES-LX-5 %, and in particular the level of destructive and degenerative changes in the lung tissue, damage of the respiratory epithelium and vascular endothelium, disorders of secretion of surfactant, are much less pronounced than in rats after burn injury, that were injected with 0,9 % NaCl solution. During the determination of characteristics of cell cycle and DNA fragmentation in cells of the lungs it has been found that in rats after thermal injury, that were injected with 0,9 % NaCl solution, in 14, 21 and 30 days after burn the signs of induction of apoptosis, disorders of DNA synthesis and proliferative activity of lung cells were observed. In the case of infusion of colloid-hyperosmolar solutions on remote period after thermal injury of the skin the signs of improvement of indicators of the cell cycle in the lungs occurred, leading manifestations of which are the following: significant decrease of phase S, IP, interval SUB-G0G1 and BP values (p<0,05), and besides antiapoptotic influence of solution HAES-LX-5 % is the most pronounced.
