The original spectroscopic technique for registration and treatment of emission spectra for diagnostic of electric discharge plasma was developed. The technique allows to obtain the spatial profiles of emission intensity for several spectral lines simultaneously. Spectra of electric arc discharge between Cu-Mo, Cu-W and Cu-Cr composite electrodes were investigated. The set of spectral lines and spectroscopic data were recommended for diagnostics of plasma with Mo, W, Cr impurities. Compositions of electric arc discharge plasma for different types of Cu-Mo composite electrodes were calculated. The effect of plasma temperature rise in plasma of discharge between Cu-Mo-LaB6 were found. It can be explained by reduction of metal evaporation from electrodes surface. Experiments indicate, that amount of metal impurity in plasma of discharge between Cu-Mo electrodes, which was fabricated by electron-beam evaporation technique, are significantly less in comparison with the case powder metallurgy electrodes.
