This thesis is dedicated to researching theoretical, methodological and practical issues of the return on equity (ROE) management in the baking industry enterprises. Conceptual apparatus, namely, "management the return on equity" has been improved. Proposed two approaches to managing the return on equity, based on achieving two strategic objectives.The existing models of the return on equity are complemented at the expense of turnover indicators of borrowed capital and the share of debt capital in the balance sheet.
