Deineka V. Conciliation procedures of settlement of labour disputes.

The dissertation is the first special complex research of conciliation procedures of settlement of labour disputes in domestic science of labour law. The definition and subject matter of labour disputes are described in the thesis and their classification is provided. The definition and principles of conciliation procedures of settlement of labour disputes are formulated. International standards of conciliation procedures of settlement of labour disputes concerning compliance with them of the norms of national legislation in this area are investigated. Legal coverage of conciliation procedures under the labour laws of Ukraine is characterized. Forms of conciliation procedures of settlement of collective labour disputes are studied. The forms of conciliation procedures of settlement of individual labour disputes are identified and examined. Scientifically substantiated proposals for improvement of current legislation of Ukraine, draft Labour Code of Ukraine, Draft Law of Ukraine «On the procedure of settlement of collective labour disputes» in the field of regulation of conciliation procedures for resolving labour disputes were formulated.
