The thesis is devoted to research of theoretical positions, development of methodical approaches and practical recommendation in relation to providing of industrial enterprises' competitiveness and process of their adaptation to the modern terms of menage. It is developed the methodical approach to estimation of industrial enterprise' competitiveness on the basis of method of non-metric multidimensional scaling. Conception of the complex providing of competitiveness in the modern terms of menage was suggested.
