Dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and practical issues of forming of competition policy for printing industry enterprises in a changing external environment. Improved basic approaches to forming competition policy of the enterprise, based on an objective distinction. The factors that influence the effectiveness of competition policy enterprise printing industry, are defined. On the basis of complex research of the effectiveness of competition policy enterprise printing industry the mechanism of forming of the competition policy of the enterprise, which includes the aggregate of successive organizational measures, methods and instruments for planning, implementation and management of competition policy. Recommendations for the implementation and management of competition policy enterprise printing industry in a changing external environment are developed.
