Dissertation work is devoted the decision of important science and practice problem of development of organizational and economical provision for machine-building enterprises restructurization under bankruptcy threat. The integral definition of restructurization as a process, a function, a manner and a tool is proposed and systematization of her varieties is improved. The original fuzzy logic based method of enterprises state and bankruptcy threat diagnostics, which takes into account branch specifics, is improved. It makes possible enterprise activity analisys at uncertainty conditions and restructurization optimal strategy and means complex choice. The theoretical and methodological bacics of restructurization are improved. They do in complex comprise evaluation of investition effectiveness taking into account risks, restructurization strategy, choice of her variety and means on base of integral evaluation and corresponding method of investition distribution between enterprise activity directions in restructuring on the scenario approach base. The theoretical and methodological bacics of construction and functioning of organizational and economical provision of restructurization are developed. It allows to structure and to integrate restructurization into enterprise management system, to attach executors with works, to use for decision-making economical and mathematical models and methods, to give the executors corresponding tools for support their activity. The system of restructurization scenarios is developed to take into account bankruptcy particularities for achieving the advantages, decisive for enterprises stability and development. The practical recommendations for restructuring of machine-building enterprises on the base of the developed organizational and economical provision, most effective directions and forms of transformations choice at bankruptcy conditions are developed.
