Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the investigation of loach embryos Misgurnus fossilis L. prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis changes and Na+, K+-АТPase functioning under the influence of the radio frequency electromagnetic radiation. It has been established, the increase in the content of lipid peroxidation products, imbalanced antioxidant system functioning, that is represented in a changes of SOD, CAT and GPO activity after exposure. It has been found out that radio frequency EMR leads to the Na+, K+-АТPase inhibition. Kinetics of ATP enzymatic hydrolysis changes regarding the stage of development, radiant exposure and exposure duration. The exposure results in the significant decrease of high speed hydrolysis reaction, which is determined by Na+, K+ - АТPase molecule modification or changes in lipid environment. Analysis of variance results specify the significant EMR influence on lipid peroxidation indexes variability, antioxidant enzyme activity and Na+, K+-АТPase activity as well.
