The object of research is the development of recreational business entities. The subject of research is theoretical and methodical approaches and practical position in the development of organizational and economic principles of development of recreational entrepreneurship under recreational services market transformation. The aim is to develop organizational and economic principles of development of recreational business entities in terms of recreational market transformation. The author used the methods of abstraction, systematization and generalization, institutional approach, statistical and cluster analysis, axiomatic and synergistic methods.
