Essay

The thesis solved scientific task of giving a theoretical substantiation of public public-administration aspects of mechanisms of tax control implementation and suggesting the ways of improvement particularly in terms of reforms in Ukraine. The transformation of central executive authorities which ensure fiscal function and implement public tax policy was analyzed. The functional loading on State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in tax control realization sphere was shown. The structure of state fiscal control, provided as a comprehensive mechanism divided on two subsystems: tax control organization and tax control implementation was developed.
