Dissertation for graduating degree of Candidate of Technical Science on the Speciality 05.17.01 - technology of inorganic substance. - The state higher educational institution "Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology", Dnipropetrovsk, 2015. The thesis deals with the development of environmentally appropriate energy-saving and alternative technology of combined NPKCa-fertilizer based on the anthropogenic waste with application of dispersion process. Kinetic and technological conditions of phosphoric component obtaining from phosphate-enriched waste water when added phosphogypsum and other calciferous have been determined. The mechanisms of the dispersion process of activat-ed sludge, the dispersion impact on further methanic fermentation at mesophilic mode have been obtained. Techno-logical parameters of activated sludge dispersion process (vibration frequency of fluid 384-544 s-1, Reynolds criteri-on within 3,99?104- 4,49 ?104, duration 4-6) have been determined, with the result that high-velocity movement of bodies is formed and cavitation comes into existence, when the outer shell of microorganisms is destroyed, the fur-ther settling is accelerated and residual moisture of activated sludge is reduced from 99.8 % to 90.5 %. Mathematical description of the activated sludge dispersion has been carried out which allows according to the various technological parameters to predict the volume of activated sludge that will be formed after the disper-sion and settling. A flow diagram of combined NPKCa-fertilizer obtaining based on anthropogenic waste has been developed.
