The analysis of semantic and functional aspects of onomasticon of memoirs reveals processes that take place during formation of text as an integral object, enducing cooperation of language tools inside intratextual space. The research highlights substantial features of Winston Churchill memoirs "My Early Life" as a genre and describes architectonics and lexical genre forming facilities. Categories and properties of memoirs text are systematized; factors and units of text formation are distinguished. Proper names as units of nomination and tool of individual style creation are analyzed in lingocultural paradigm. The thesis results in extension of the role of memoirs author not only as a reteller and a recaller, but also as a participant (perceiver of primary information) and contemporary of events (perceiver of secondary information). The concept of contextual line opening of proper name is shown out for the deeper understanding of certain language tools functioning inside the text. The model of text formation is offered through the structural and semantic nests of different levels that allows representing integrity of unit through the exposure of separate nests cooperation.
