The dissertation is devoted to the actual question of practical medicine how to increase the effectiveness of the orthopedic treatment of patients by developing a new basic cold-curing acrylate with an extended range of colors. Was improved the method of immediate and transitional prosthetics using a new cold-curing acrylate with an extended range of colors by making a prosthesis in one clinical visit without a dental technician with the individualization of color base and artificial teeth. The substantiation of use of new basic cold-curing acrylate with an extended range of colors for making immediate and transitional prostheses by improved method is based on the results of clinical evaluation. The material is implemented in the industrial production for mass availability. The increased clinical and cost-effectiveness of the improved method of making the immediate and transitional prostheses avoid to recommend it for a wide practical use.
