Aim of research: scientific substantiation and deepening of the theoretical-methodical bases and development of practical recommendations for improving organizational and economic mechanism for diversification of activities of agricultural enterprises. Object: the process of improving the organizational and economic mechanism for diversification of activities of agricultural enterprises. Research methods: abstract-logical, statistical and economic, monographic, book, forecasting, optimization. Theoretical results: created the basis for further enriching the theoretical and methodological foundations on improving organizational and economic mechanism for diversification of activities of agricultural enterprises. Practical results: developed evidence-based principles and practical recommendations concerning improvement of organizational and economic mechanism for diversification of activities of agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty: a methodological approach to the determination of the coefficient of the development of diversification of agricultural enterprises, the essence of which consists in comparing the actual level to base on indicators such as number of products, the volume of gross output, number of employees, and based on this identify opportunities to deepen diversification. Degree of implementation: the Office of agricultural development of Borodyanskiy and Yahotyn rayon state administrations of Kyiv region, the cap "spike" Borodyansky district, Kyiv region, SRP. T. G. Shevchenko, Vasylkiv district, Kyiv region national University of life and environmental Sciences of Ukraine. Effectiveness: the research results contribute to the improvement of organizational and economic mechanism for diversification of activities of agricultural enterprises. Scope of use: Central and local Executive bodies, local government bodies, higher educational institutions of economic profile, agricultural enterprises.
