Thesis is devoted to research of theoretical and development of practical approaches to formation of organizational and economic management mechanism of innovation and investment processes in gas transportation enterprises. The current state of Ukraine's gas transportation enterprises was analyzed. The most important priorities of innovative development of these enterprises was analyzed. The most important prioritets of innovative delevopment of these enterprises were substantiated and possible implementation ways were discussed.
