Tsaruk A. Economic and Ecologic Efficiency of Mining Plants Production.

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical approaches regarding defining of economic and ecologic efficiency of iron ore mining production. Economic and ecologic efficiency definition was suggested and its classification was analyzed and improved. Modern methods and ways of development of economic and ecologic efficiency estimation were suggested. The technique of iron ore mining production economic and ecologic efficiency estimation based on multivariate weighted average was developed. Principal elements of economic and ecologic efficiency in conditions of stable development were determined. This technique was used for economic and ecologic efficiency complex estimation of six iron ore mining plants and let to develop diversified recommendation for management enhancement. Ecological management system of mining plants was analyzed and results of its implementation considered. Complex system of economic and ecologic monitoring of mining production was developed, informational provision system as basis for decision making procedures on mining plants was improved. The action plan for increasing economic and ecologic efficiency of iron ore mining production was developed and considered to peculiarities of Ukrainian iron ore mining fields.
