Luzan O. Developing of institutional regulative mechanisms of agricultural entrepreneurship

Object of study: the agrarian enterprise as economic system and economic and institutional mechanism (mechanisms) of its regulatory processes of formation and efficiency of business and cooperative structures. Objective: To develop theoretical, methodological and practical principles of institutional mechanisms to regulate agricultural enterprise. Methods: monographic, calculation and constructive, economic, statistical, scientific comparisons, historical, logical, dialectical, abstract and logical, statistical assessment, comparative analysis, graphic. Scientific novelty: first proposed theoretical-conceptual definition of the nature of regulation as the Economic Institute of Economics and streamline business processes through the established state and market rules, norms and traditions that shape the appropriate field of institutional businesses, which is influenced by evolutionary change; improved understanding of organizational and functional features business as institutional system, content and functional characteristics of Categories-conceptual apparatus institutionalism; were further developed theoretical and methodological provision defining the essence and functionality of the institutional mechanism of regulation of the economy and entrepreneurship, analytical assessment principles and characteristics of economic reform and regulatory policy in agriculture.
