Artamonov O. 2,2,2-Trifluorodiazoethane in the synthesis of trifluoromethyl cyclopropane amino derivatives

The thesis is related to the use of 2,2,2-trifluorodiazoethane in the synthesis of trifluoromethyl cyclopropane amino derivatives. The method for the preparation of CF3-substituted pyrazolines/pyrazoles has been developed. Scope and limitations of the method are studied. Synthesis of isomeric 6-trifluoromethyl-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes is developed. An approach to synthesis of cis- and trans-isomers of trifluoronorcoronamic acid is developed. Design and synthesis of a mini-library of bicyclic trifluoromethyl-substituted cyclopropane-containing amines is performed. Derivatives of 2-azabicyclo[2.1.0]pentane, 2-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane and 2-azabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane are obtained.
