Mantur-Chubata O. Organizational-economic mechanism of risk management in foreign economic activity of enterprise.

The theoretical and methodological principles have been rationalized and practical guidelines on the formation and functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism for risk management of foreign economic activity of light industry enterprises have been made in the thesis. The risk indicators for economic activity, which determine the level of risk management, and comprehensively characterize the foreign trade enterprises (FEA) activity, including financial, operational and commercial indices have been proposed. The matrix choice of risk management strategy of foreign economic activity of the enterprise, which has been built taking into account the level of risk of foreign trade enterprises (FEA) and the company readiness for risk-taking has been investigated. That has enabled to develop a portfolio of strategies for companies. Staff assistance (organizational structure development of the risk management division of foreign economic activity of the enterprise by the creation of a temporary division of representatives from different departments) and soft hardware (the author program "Ryzykozahyschenist" development) have been improved, that allowed more reasonably to develop practical recommendations on the proposed organizational economic mechanism for risk management of international business activity. The risks of foreign economic activity of enterprises according to the level of their occurrence have been systematized, upon what the level of exposure to enterprise managers and the type of the accepted management decisions as well as the need to attract government support in managing their risks FEA will be depended on. The system of foreign trade enterprises risk management has been developed, that has allowed to provide scientific and practical recommendations on protection optimizing from risk of foreign economic activity for enterprises.
