Dudnikova M. The clinic and laboratory substantiation of choice of methods of correction of hard tooth tissues discolorations and estimation of their efficiency.

Dissertation work is devoted to increasing of efficiency of correction of discolorations of hard tooth tissues at the persons of young age by development of the differentiated medical and preventive complexes depending on a clinical situation and estimation of their efficiency. The clinic and experimental substantiation of choice of methods of correction of discolorations of hard tooth tissues is first conducted at the persons of young age. Among the patients of young age was revealed high prevalence - 72,82 % - of discolorations of hard tooth tissues. It was revealed that mostly (65,53 %) discoloration of hard tooth tissues is caused by external factors. By means of electronic-microscopic research of the state of teeth enamel after the use of tooth-pastes with a bleaching effect it is shown, that the least damaging influence on the enamel of teeth with expressed bleaching properties have bleaching facilities of individual oral hygiene with the index of abrasivity less 100. On the basis of the got results of research the differentiated medical and preventive complexes of correction of teeth discoloration are worked out and approved depending on a clinical situation. High efficiency of the worked out complexes is shown in the nearest and remote terms of supervision.
