Essay

The object of study: the processes of synthesis of single- and multicomponent synergistic oxides TiO2/fireclay, Ti/TinOm • MxOy (M = Zn, Zr) with high photocatalytic activity. Objective: to develop technology covers titanium (IV) oxide to metallic and nonmetallic surfaces and composites with high photocatalytic activity based on the hypothesis of a synergistic effect structure components. Methods: scanic electron microscopy, X-ray energodispersive spectroscopy, atomic force probe microscopy, X-ray analysis, liquid piknometry, photocolorimetry. Theoretical and practical results: developed the scientific foundations of technology for coatings TiO2/fireclay and Ti/TinOm • MxOy (M = Zn, Zr) used for obtaining photocatalysts who successfully passed the pilot-scale test in conditions PJSC HLFZ "Red Chemist" (Kharkov). Scientific novelty: for the first time revealed the relationship of synthesis conditions titanium (IV) oxide to metallic and non-metallic surfaces with structural parameters covers; first obtained composites Ti/TinOm • MxOy (M = Zn, Zr) alloy by anodic oxidation VT1-0, zinc content 0,5-2,6% wt., zirconium 0,5-2,1% wt. and determined photocatalytic activity in oxidation of aqueous solutions of methyl orange and phenol; first established kinetic parameters of photocatalytic oxidation by UV rays methyl orange and phenol metaloxides on mixed catalysts; first established effects on photocatalytic conversion rate issuers technogenic nature reagents, their initial concentrations, the catalyst temperature process and created a mathematical model of oxidation of phenol, which allows you to calculate the technological parameters of the process. The degree of implementation PJSC HLFZ "Red Chemist" (Kharkiv), National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kharkov). Scope: chemical, paintwork, coke industry, utilities, educational process.
