Kobylianskyi O. Administrative and Legal Relations Arising with the Participation of Prosecution.

Thesis is devoted to the theoretical and legal problems of administrative and legal relations arising with the participation of prosecution. In this paper several concepts such as administrative and legal relations arising in the activities of the prosecution, the principles of administrative relations in the prosecutors' activities, legal support ща administrative and legal relations arising with the participation of the prosecution etc. are defined. Several provisions of scientific and legal sources on the basis of which the tendencies and prospects of administrative and legal regulation of administrative relations arising with the participation of prosecutors are analyzed, as well as the directions of the development of the administrative and legal status of prosecutors are considered.
