Essay

Thesis is devoted to the study of nature, specifics and features of administrative and legal regulation of human rights activities of the prosecution bodies of Ukraine. The study reveals the essence of human rights activities of the prosecution bodies. Peculiarities and lacks of current for the prosecutors system of the principles of human rights activities are highlighted. Legal status of the prosecutor as a participant of administrative and legal relations in the sphere of human rights activities is characterized and its structure is determined.
