Essay

A complex study of manifestation of the interlayer exchange interactions in multilayered nanostructures through diluted ferromagnetic layers and the interparticle exchange interactions in heterogeneous structures with different types of conductivity matrix has been conducted in the thesis. The dependence of exchange between the ferromagnetic layers through a weakly magnetic layer, of its thickness and concentration have been established in multilayered nanostructures F1/f/F2pin and the parameters for control of interaction, such as magnetic field or temperature have been determined for them. The magnetic state of free film NiCu has been analyzed and the critical concentration of phase transition from ferromagnetic to paramagnetic state measurements has been defined using the magnetoresistive. The dependence of the exchange value and its threshold of appearance from the conductivity type of non-magnetic matrix and concentration of magnetic granules have been established for the nanogranular films.
