Kalinichenko A. Systematization of customs legislation: essence and forms.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex scientific analyze of theoretical and practical issues of customs legislation systematization. The author summarized knowledge on developing customs legislation of Ukraine as the subject of systematization. It was established its structure at the present stage of development and outlined the main disadvantages of domestic customs legislation that complicate the process of effective legal regulation of customs relations. The dissertation examined historical experience of customs legislation systematization and fixed the results of such research. It was defined the most relevant forms of systematization of customs legislation of Ukraine considered the foreign experience and researches of the process of adaptation of national customs legislation to the world standards. The author make proposals concerning with the customs legislation systematization process improvement.
