Rusanova V. Appeal of bylaws in a court in administrative offenses cases.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of appeal of bylaws in cases of administrative offenses. The essence of the right to appeal of bylaws in court in cases of administrative offenses is studied in the paper, the guarantees of its implementation have been outlined, and the content and objectives of judicial review of such decisions have been revealed. Procedural steps and actions that constitute the appropriate legal proceedings have been pointed out, and those steps and actions have been determined. Attention has been paid to the principles on which the judicial procedure for resolving disputes, arising from the relationship stipulated by bringing individuals to administrative liability, is based on. Lacunae in legal regulation of judicial proceedings on appeal of bylaws in administrative offenses cases have been revealed and main directions of improvement of relevant national legislation have been determined. On the basis of a conducted research a number of conclusions and proposals have been drawn, they are aimed at improving of regulations, which administer the procedure for appeal of bylaws in the court in administrative offenses cases.
