The dissertation is devoted to scientific research of administrative legal status of the Ukrainian Pension Fund. The theoretical and legal basis of administrative legal status of the Ukrainian Pension Fund as an executive body was investigated; the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the administrative legal status of the Ukrainian Pension Fund was made. The concept of the Ukrainian Pension Fund was proposed; the notion and elements of administrative legal status of the Ukrainian Pension Fund were formulated.
