Essay

In the thesis reveals the content of administrative responsibility in the sphere of state procurements .During research it was established essence of the concepts "state procurements" and "state order", and their ratio is defined. Taking into account that this sphere of national economy takes rather important place, as the main task of the state creation of conditions for the prevention and prevention of commission of offenses acts. Having analyzed the main conditions promoting commission of abuses as from customers of purchases, and participants, solutions of this problem were offered.
