Tesak O. Risks in the relations of maсhine-building enterprise with entities of external and internal environment

The object of the research concerns to the risks in the relationships between the machine building enterprise and the subjects of internal and external environment. The research refers to the development of theoretical positions, methodological and practical justification of recommendations for risk evaluation in the relationships between the machine building enterprise and the subjects of internal and external environment and management of these risks. Author used methods: benchmarking, clustering, generalization, economic and mathematical modeling, factor analysis, expert evaluations, empirical research. The theoretical value of the dissertation is referred to the development of theoretical and methodological principles of risk evaluation in the relationships between the machine building enterprise and the subjects of internal and external environment. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there is developed a method of integrated risk evaluation in the relationships between the machine building enterprise and the subjects of internal and external environment, there are improved arrangements for factors monitoring, provisions for risk evaluation in the relationships between suppliers and buyers approach to evaluating the effectiveness of measures to reduce the risks of relationships with sub machine-building enterprises' the objects of their internal and external environment, developed semantic load notion of " risks in the relationships between the machine building enterprise and the subjects of internal and external environment " and classification of these risks classification measures of risk management in relationships between the machine building enterprise and the subjects of internal and external environment. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of risk assessment machine building enterprise relations and risk management. The recommendations of author apply to the risk evaluation in the relationships between the machine building enterprise and the subjects of internal and external environment and management of these risks.
