The thesis is dedicated to the actual problem of modern oncology - increasing of treatment efficacy of firstly diagnosed patients with small-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas by the optimization of combined treatment methods according to presence of unfavorable clinical, hematological and immunohistochemical prognostic factors. The complex of unfavorable prognostic factors (clinical, laboratory, hematological, and immunohistochemical), which allows to predict disease behavior was studied on large clinical material.
