Essay

The dissertation shows the research, the purpose is reduction of peak efforts cables that decrease workloads drive elements through the use of optimal operating conditions. Dynamic and mathematical models of the motion cable winch on 4 stages in horizontal skidding load have been developed. The basic laws of change of the drive torque and the cable force on which offered the best cable winch modes of the each stage have been detected. Selected measuring and recording equipment, and conducted experiments to investigate the work rope winches at non-optimal and optimal conditions. To realize optimum operating conditions designed management system hydraulically powered cable winches. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the experimental data suggested that the recommendations on the design of universal forest machines with cable traction authorities. The proposed technical solution in the design of mobile winches are reflected in the 3 patents of Ukraine for utility models.
