Zelenko O. National policy of stimulating economic activity in Ukrainian economy

Dissertation is devoted to further improvement and development of theoretical, methodical and practical issues relative to business climate assessment of national economy and formation of the state policy focused on stimulation of business activity in economy of Ukraine. Having generalized foreign and national approaches to the definition “economic activity”, they were divided into macro-, meso- and micro levels. It allowed to specify this definition and use it in research of economic functions in national economy. Activities of improvement the organisational and methodical approach to justification the management activities of public policy measures the business activity stimulation have been suggested. Methodological approach to the diagnostic economic activity national economy based on implementation of experience developed economies relative to polled businesses and methodological approach to the evaluation of effectiveness the national policy stimulating have obtained further development. Experience of the developed countries relative to using economic activity indicators has been generalized and changes in the structure of business expectations index NBU have been offered.
