Bubenko O. Formation mechanisms of power management in housing

The thesis is devoted to the solution of important scientific and applied problems - further development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for developing effective mechanisms for power management in housing. The main trends and problems of implementation processes energy and energy efficiency in Ukraine and other countries, analyzes the regulatory and legal framework existing policy documents development of energy efficiency, given the current experience.It is proved that energy saving process includes technical, economic and organizational components, and its activation should be formed modern management system with a focus on economic reform and methods. As instruments address the urgent necessity of energy saving use of project management software and technology. Established that the complex process of organizational implementation of energy saving measures should be carried out in several stages, including the concept of energy saving project, technical and economic analysis, resource provision and control of quantitative and qualitative parameters. The organizational-economic mechanism design implementation of energy saving measures is based on the relationship to energy and energy-resource potential of any subject and utilities based on the use of modern energy management structures.
