Gergeliuk N. Administrative and legal obligations of executive power authorities of Ukraine

The thesis presents a complex research in administrative and legal obligations of executive authorities of Ukraine. The notion of administrative and legal obligations is revealed; the set of principles of administrative law obligations of executive power authorities is defined; the structure of administrative and legal obligations is analyzed; performance peculiarities of certain types of administrative and legal obligations are set; grounds for termination of administrative and legal obligations are defined; the following types of administrative and legal obligations of executive power authorities are singled out: 1) administrative and legal obligations arising, changing or terminating on the basis of individual administrative acts; 2) administrative and legal obligations arising, changing or terminating on the grounds of administrative agreements; 3) administrative and legal obligations arising, changing or terminating on basis of authority delegation; 4) administrative and legal obligations arising, changing or terminating on the grounds of providing administrative services; 5) public information access; 6) administrative partnership; complex scientific and practical analysis of the nature of administrative and legal obligations was performed; ways of further implementation of administrative and legal obligations in the administrative activity of the executive authorities of Ukraine are grounded.
