Essay

Dissertation is devoted to a complex political research of innovation policy in the context of modern democratic political and cultural development. Basic forms and methods of public involvement in the process of social significant decision making in the context of realization of innovative policy of the state and the formation of political and cultural spheres of society were studied. Analysis of major quality characteristics of democratic innovations in the political and cultural sphere of various foreign countries was conducted, their role and importance in the formation of innovative political culture of Ukrainian society was explored.
