The thesis presented systematic conceptual approach to D. Ovsyaniko-Kulikovskyi's philosophical heritage in the context of native and foreign philosophy for the first time in native historical and philosophical thought. For this purpose was made historical and philosophical retrospection. Was analyzed the basic branches of its development on the one hand, and the specific interpretation of the meaning of language at different stages of social and cultural development on the other one.
