The object - condition of periimplant tissues structures; the aim - improvement of periimplant enviroment by means of complex monitoring of clinical, instrumental and X-ray investigation and the adequate use of treatment, prophylactical maintenance; methods - clinical, instrumental, X-ray, statistical; novelty - the representative complex concerning the clinical condition of priimplant environment, implant stability in priimplant bone, the scientific data, characterizing the X-ray metrology of periimplant tissues were precized; the methods of therapeutical, surgical and profilactical maintenance of early and advanced periimplant lesions were elaborated; the results of treatment were analysed and prooved to be effective in patients with different periimplant condition
