The thesis represents a new solution of scientific and practical problem, which is the medical and social rehabilitation of older patients with total edentulous on the lower jaw using the elaborated implantation method with immediate load of implants by a temporary non-removable structure with continuous fixed prosthetics. Analysis of the short-term implants loss by age and sex found that among 332 implants installed in the short time (5-10 days), 20 implants were lost in 9 patients, accounting for 6.0%. Among 52 directly surveyed patients in three years (clinical examination and panoramic radiograph), who received 208 implants, only one patient had a lost of one implant, representing 0.48% of the total number of installed implants. Installing the implants in the lower jaw using the proposed methodology for elderly patients with total edentulous and performance disabilities in the range of acceptable limits is appropriate and greatly improves their medical and social rehabilitation.
