Sandul J. Executive bodies of local councils as subjects of administrative law

In the thesis there is made a characteristic of the executive bodies of local councils as subjects of administrative law in Ukraine; there is defined their place in the system of subjects of the state management. There are marked out the stages of development of the executive bodies of local councils in the independent Ukraine. Special attention is devoted to the definition of the special features of administrative legal personality of the executive bodies of local councils, including, the moment of appearance and volume of their administrative legal capacity, criteria of administrative capability and also the specific features of responsibility of those bodies.
