Essay

The thesis investigates the clinical presentation, diagnosis and correction of adaptation disorders manifesting by borderline neuropsychic disorders in women who delivered a premature infant. The features of the variants of adjustment disorders manifestation were established and investigated. A complex system of short-term psychocorrection work, including a module of psychoeducation and four-phased model of psychotherapeutic correction, allowing for the stay of women in non-specialized neonatology department, was proven, developed, and implemented. Cluster analysis and forecasting methods (classification tree construction) were used to predict the capabilities of adaptation disorder development in women delivered a premature infant. It was proven that the factors that may cause development of this disease are visiting a school for future parents by the woman during pregnancy; general living conditions of the woman; seeking medical care during pregnancy; education level; place of residence.
