Essay

The thesis is devoted to the issues of milking machine efficiency improvement by scientific and technological problem solution of adaptation of the milking machine mode to cow physiology. The synchronous pulsator was adapted to a pair mode work and the possibility to regulate the sucking mode in one of the paired milking glasses was suggested. The method of membrane power reaction calculation was improved and the cinematic and dynamic characteristics of valve movement of alternative pressure pneumatic membrane cell were defined. The theory, which defines the speed of air flow in the different period pulsator canals to calculate the duration of the sucking and pressure tact, was developed. The options of the additional canal and one more valve of the synchronized pulsator were justified. Valve efficiency and its operating parameters were experimentally proved. The expected economic effect of the pulsator mass production and implementation was calculated.
