Object - models and methods of information decision making support in the management of the enterprise for building materials production. Purpose - to improve the efficiency of management activities of enterprises producing construction materials in conditions of uncertainty through the use of the tools of fuzzy set theory in combination with game methods, scenario analysis and Bayesian networks. Methods: fuzzy theory and game theory to create a model of production planning; mathematical formalism of Bayesian networks and elements of the theory of decision making for modeling characteristics of the finished products; methods of fuzzy set theory and elements of the theory of expert systems to develop the technology of choice attractive pricing strategies; methods of fuzzy set theory and interval estimates for the determination of effective performance management; fuzzy game model and methods of scenario analysis for integrated assessment of investment risk.
