Essay

The dissertation presents the theoretical generalization and new resolve of essential problem - the development of the diagnostic methods and differential diagnosis of traumatic brain injury (TBI) psychopathological consequences (PC) through a comprehensive study of addictive status of patients, psychopathological symptomatology and quality of their life. Through comprehensive clinical psychopathological, psychodiagnostic (using a questionnaire Derogatis to determine the severity of psychopathological symptomatology and AUDIT-like tests for a comprehensive assessment of the addictive status) research, and assessment of quality of life (by Mezzich method) defined informative markers for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of various PC TBI and on this basis created appropriate diagnostic tables. In the process of approbation of created tables by their use in Wald sequential procedure (Humbler's modification) were proved their absolute sensitivity (100.00%), high specificity (95.89-98.63%) and correctness (97.76-99.11%).
