Thesis is devoted to the formation of marketing bases of the personnel maintenance of the food industry enterprises in Ukraine and the development of practical recommendations to improve the economic entities' personnel policy on the basis of the widespread introduction of marketing tools. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the factors influencing the personnel maintenance of the food industry enterprises are deepened, the fundamental and key reasons for the deficit of personnel and industrial professionals are identified. The marketing mix for labor and workplace of the food industry enterprise is formed. In thesis the methods of assessing the competitiveness of the staff (on the basis of matrix analysis) and workplace (on the basis of taxonomic analysis) are developed. These methods are used for the diagnosis of the personnel maintenance of the food industry enterprises. Basic models of the employers' behavior are defined. The tools of strategic analysis of the labor market, the theoretical and methodological approach to the formation of human resources policy on the basis of socio-ethical marketing and the establishment of a structural crisis cartel to increase the influence of the employer in the labor market are offered to improve the personnel maintenance of the food industry enterprise.
