Essay

The thesis is devoted to wide of in-depth theoretical and methodological features of integrated corporate formations involving meat processing enterprises. Theoretical approach in the direction of concepts and categories of integration was investigated, especially distinction of phenomenon of concept of «agricaltural ingration» and «corporation». Motives, reasons and necessity of integration in meat subcomplex were defermined. National and foreign experience of forning of infegrated corporate formations was investigated. The analisis of the current state of meat subcomplex was carried out and main problems of corporate enterprises – participants of corporate groups were distinguished. The model of corporation in meat subcomplex was worked out, mechanisms of its functioning and management were distigwished.
