Essay

In dissertation the results of decision of the scientifically-applied task are presented, that consists in the grounding of parameters and operating modes of air separator mill of small-seeded mixtures of cereal grasses with the aim of diminishing of the biologically inferior seeds and weeds in seed mixtures that gave an opportunity to raise the sowing qualities of grass seeds. The behavior of ellipsoid seed is considered in the channel of electric air separator mill under the action of gravitational, electric forces and air blast. Differential equalizations are got due to that it is possible to define the coordinates of trajectories of moving of seeds. Influence of the basic managed parameters such as: speed of air blast, tension of the electrostatic field between the electrically conducting plates of vertical channel and separating mixture feed on the orientation of separating particles are researched. The economic effect of the use of the improved electric air separator mill in the technology of preparation of seed of long-term forage cereal grasses will be 26,45 UAH/kg.
