Lavryk Y. Substantiation of parameters of a pairwise pneumatic electro-magnetic pulsator of a milking machine

The research highlight the problems of increasing efficiency of the process of machine milking by means of introducing a pairwise pneumatic electro-magnetic pulsator with determined design and technological parameters. The thesis reviews current pulsators with an analysis of advanced trends of their development. It suggests some ideas concerning parameters of the process of milking and a milking machine itself. The mathematical model developed in the given research allows to model timing properties of the pairwise pneumatic electro-magnetic pulsator functioning in dependence with the design and technological parameters of the device. The research suggests the programme and methods of scientific experiments focused on the pulsator design and technological parameters. The given device's experimental pattern has been designed and manufactured in the work. The results of factorial experiments give the opportunity to construct adequate mathematical models for determining certain strokes periods, fronts of indicatory diagrams and time delays of valves motion completion. All results of the research have been subjected to their industrial examination and technical and economic evaluation.
