Dudyk I. State control of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for concerted actions of economic entities

Dissertation is dedicated to complex research of theoretical and applied issues of state control of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for business entities’ concerted actions. The way the cocertaed actions manifest themself, the notion of this market process are being disclosed in terms of state control undertaking. The system of authorities that apply state authority to govern and manage concerted action of businesses has been a study focus as well as the role of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in this system. The experiences of antitrust activities, particularly in combating cartel agreements by state authorities abroad has been analysed as to how it can be adopted in Ukraine. The thesis also contains the analysis of legal forms and methods of state control of the concerted actions of market participants. As a result of the study the outcome conclusions have been worked out concerning the improvement of the state control procedures of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in preventing and tackling the concerted actions of business entities.
