The dissertation covers aspects of improving the efficiency of rehabilitation of dental patients with defects of dentition and complicated anatomo-topographic conditions based on the development of improved algorithm of surgical phase of dental implantation. The advantages of using plasma rich in growth factors were proved while preservation of adequate amount of bone tissue for the achievement of dental implants osteointegration, characterized by increasing of implant stability quotient and the lowest level of bone tissue resorbtion.
