Nikolajchuk S. Administrative-legal Status of the National Judicial School of Ukraine.

It defines the place of the National Judicial School of Ukraine in judicial system of Ukraine. The dissertation ascertains essence and defines structure of administrative-legal status. The structure of administrative-legal status of the Judicial School includes the following sections: 1)objective-setting section, the elements of which include: objective, tasks, functions and principles of the activity; 2)structural-organizational section, that includes the norms which define: structure, administrative procedure, grounds and procedure of termination activity etc.; 3)competence; 4)legal liability. The work outlines objective, tasks, functions and competence of the National Judicial School of Ukraine, and also defines its organizational structure.
